To "know Jesus Christ, and Him crucified" (1 Corinthians 2:2), we need to continue learning about our faith as adults.
St. Patrick's offers 3 adult Bible Studies: one via Zoom on Monday evenings, one on Zoom on Wednesday mornings, and one in person on Thursday mornings.
Each group runs on its own schedule and does its own study, always posted in the bulletin. We cover a variety of topics, including but not limited to: Introduction to the Bible for Adults, Overview of the Bible, The Bible and the Mass, Acts of the Apostles, the Sunday Mass readings, Gospel of John, and so much more!
The cost of the study is generally $25-30, depending on the cost of the study guide itself. Scholarships are available if the fee is an issue.
Are you interested in a certain topic or in leading your own study? Contact Beth for more information.
St. Patrick's is proud to offer SPRED, Special Religious Education for Adults. Each friend (an adult with special needs) is paired with an assistant catechist, who accompanies him or her throughout the year. SPRED aims to form small communities of faith, to welcome persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and to foster belonging in assemblies of worship.
Interested in becoming a Catholic? Join us on Tuesday evenings beginning August 27 for OCIA (Order of Christian Initiation for Adults) as we learn more about God and about the Church Jesus founded.
St. Patrick's offers annual ACTS retreats. More information is available HERE.
"From the moment a soul has the grace to know God, she must seek."

Well-Read Mom accompanies women in reading great books and spiritual classics to encourage personal growth, friendship, and meaningful conversation to explore the human condition and reorient ourselves to what is good, beautiful, and true.
Our group reads one book per month and meets to discuss it once a month. Book selections for each year correspond to the themes of a woman's life. This year, we are excited to dive into the theme of "seeking" with the help of some excellent authors such as John Steinbeck, Alan Paton, and Elizabeth Gaskell, among others.
Despite the name, you do not have to be a mom to join us!
